A. \u00e9p. fszt. 3., Telephone: +36 70 509 8735, E-mail:\nszervezes@villanyiborvidek.hu), whether appearing as content, event\nor activity (by marking it as accepted on the Portal), acknowledges\nthe terms and conditions of the Data Managing Information and the\nUser Consent Statement in accordance with General Data Protection\nRegulation (EU) 2016\/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”)\nArticle 5 and Article 6, Act CXII of 2011 on Information\nSelf-determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred\nto as “Act Info”) 5 \u00a7 (1) article a), with regard to Act\nCVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society\nServices (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAct ECS\u201d) 13 \/ A \u00a7 \n(4), providing the User’s personal identification, communication and\nregistration data (hereinafter collectively: \u201cpersonal data\u201d) on\nthe Portal, for the purpose of receiving informative and other\naddressed content and transmitting data for data processing by third\nparties (hereinafter referred to as \u201cSubcontractors\u201d) in a\nbusiness or working relationship with Tenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151\nNonprofit Kft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n2)\nThe stored personal data shall be disclosed by Tenkes\nBorvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151 Nonprofit Kft., and will neither be transmitted\nabroad and nor transferred to any third-party subcontractors other\nthan those mentioned above, and such contractors are not entitled to\npreserve the transferred personal data in any way or to forward it to\nany third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n3)\nTenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151 Nonprofit Kft., ensures the protection of\nthe data and takes all technical measures and develops all procedural\nrules necessary for the implementation of data protection provisions\nin accordance with the abovementioned \u201cGDPR\u201d, \u201cAct Info\u201d and\n\u201cAct ECS.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n4)\nUser is responsible for the correctness, completeness and\nauthenticity of the provided data. Tenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151\nNonprofit Kft., is not liable for damage resulting from any false\ndata provided, even if the incorrect nature of the data could have\nbeen detected. If the User is acting on behalf of another person, the\nUser is responsible for acquiring from the person concerned a\ncertificate or authorisation similar to the User Consent and\nInformation Statement, and the responsibility of providing it is to\nbe borne solely by the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n5)\nThe processing of personal data, provided the User Consent Statement \nis marked by the User as accepted on the Portal, begins by clicking\non the \u201cSend\u201d button; and the process terminates with the request\nto delete all the personal data, or until the goal of data management\nhas been concluded (e.g. legal grounds expire, the data is no longer\nneeded), or until User disclaims data processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n6)\nIn connection with data management, User has the following rights and\nremedies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n(a)\nUser may request information from Tenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151\nNonprofit Kft., via the following contact information (7800 Sikl\u00f3s,\nFelszabadul\u00e1s utca 80. A. \u00e9p. fszt. 3., Telephone: +36 70 509\n8735, E-mail: szervezes@villanyiborvidek.hu) on the handling of\npersonal data. Upon request, the Tenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151 Nonprofit\nKft. shall provide information about the data it handles, its\npurpose, its legal basis, and its duration, as well as information\nabout any current processing of data, its legal basis and the\naddressee of any data transfer. (\u201cAct Info\u201d 14-15 \u00a7) Tenkes\nBorvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151 Nonprofit Kft., shall send the information in\nwriting within 25 days at the latest, and it may refuse to do so only\nfor reasons determined and certified by law. In the event of any\ndenial of information, User may appeal to the Hungarian National\nAuthority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Address:\n1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, Telphone: +36 1 391 1400,\nE-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu<\/a>),\n (hereinafter referred to as \u201cNAIH\u201d), in order to enforce User\u2019s\nrights and to conduct an investigation. (\u201cAct Info\u201d 16 \u00a7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nb)\nThe User may request the correction, deletion or blocking of his\npersonal data at any time from Tenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151 Nonprofit\nKft., via the contact information specified in point (a). The\ncorrection, deletion or blocking of any personal data – if the\nrequest is not denied by Tenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151 Nonprofit Kft. –\nwill be made within 5 working days of receiving the request. If\nTenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151 Nonprofit Kft., fails to comply with the\nrequest for correction, blocking or deletion, it shall inform the\nUser within 30 days of the factual and legal grounds for such\nrefusal. In order for User to enforce the appropriate rights in the\ncase of a denial of such a request, User may appeal to the \u201cNAIH\u201d\nto seek an investigation. (\u201cAct Info\u201d 18 (2) \u00a7)<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nc)\nUser may object to the processing of personal data by sending a\nstatement to Tenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151 Nonprofit Kft., at the\naddress supplied in point (a), should User object to the propriety of\nthe data handling. In this case, Tenkes Borvid\u00e9kfejleszt\u0151 Nonprofit\nKft., will notify User of the decision in writing. Should the User\ndisagree with the decision, User may appeal to a court of law in\norder to enforce any applicable rights, in which case the court will\nregard it as a priority case.
